Stailey’s Barbershop and Salon will implement a mandatory mask/face covering policy for everyone entering the building beginning on Wednesday 7/01/20. As cases of Coronavirus increase, McKinney Mayor George Fuller issued an executive order requiring masks for all employees and visitors.
While this is not what we wanted to hear, the health and well-being of our Stailey’s family and guests is our highest priority. We agree that we must do all we can to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
An article posted by CBSDFW.COM states, “Exceptions are carved out for when masks interfere with the performance of services (like if you’re getting a facial) or the consumption of goods (eating at a restaurant.)”
The declaration requires businesses “Require, at a minimum, that all employees and visitors to the entity’s business premises or other facilities wear face coverings that cover the nose and mouth when in an area or while performing an activity which will necessarily involve close contact or proximity to coworkers or the public. The Policy may allow individuals with an operational need to remove a face covering so long as such operational needs are specifically addressed in the Policy.”
