- Shared Amenities: Internet, Tenant-Only Bathroom, 3 New Wash Stations, 5 Dryer Stations, 24 hour access, Security System
Contract Terms:
- Month to Month Lease Agreement with weekly rent payments made on Saturdays. (One FREE WEEK each year!)
- Must have and maintain a valid Texas Cosmetology License
Private Suite
Rent is $200-$225 per week (ALL BILLS PAID)

Suites are best for stylists with established clients; stylists who want/need privacy, etc.
- Suite Amenities: Salon Chair, Salon Station, Mirror, Privacy, and a Locking Door
- Shared Amenities: Internet, Tenant-Only Bathroom, Wash Stations, Dryer Stations, 24 hour access, Security System
